I'm sure I'll make other "Aloha Kai" in the future, and with the wood grain no two will ever be identical, which makes me really happy. Here's a 5x7 rendition where there's a bit more black sand effect mixed in.

Locally reclaimed Silver Oak with black colored frame. I recommend good lighting to really show off the curl/chatoyancy of the wood grains. I did add additional gloss finish on the water to really make it pop.
